Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry - szybki, sprawny i bezproblemowy. Dużym plusem jest w pełni automatyczne zameldowanie, m.in. Dzięki elektronicznej klamce z kodem. Lokalizacja również świetna, a dodatkowym atutem dla rodzin z dziećmi jest pobliski plac zabaw. Niedaleko bary mleczne oraz markety.
Niestety ogromnym minusem był stan czystości apartamentu. W łazience podłoga była niedomyta - na podłodze znajdował się mocz, obok kanapy leżały kawałki jedzenia. Przy tak dobrej lokalizacji i sprawnej organizacji zdecydowanie warto poprawić standard sprzątania. Dodatkowo lodówka ustawiona na najwyższą możliwą temperaturę (+8 stopni Celsjusza) zamrażała wszystko, co się do niej włożyło.

L’appartement est très beaux et bien situé
Le sol n’était pas très propre et le son de la télé ne fonctionnait pas ( il y avait eu beaucoup de bruit mais pas de la faute des propriétaires, les voisins faisaient des travaux des 7h30 du matin)
