Acropolis Retreat Stay in Style

The apartment is located in the center of the city, 20 min walking distance from Acropolis. The host was very responsive and polite. Apartment is spacious and has two separate bedrooms, well equipped and very clean.

Currently there is construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all as we were out into the city. I would suggest to remove parking as an option, as it is realy not the case. Usually tourists has much bigger car than Smart or similar.

Space of unit was good

Power to the whole unit went out. Response by the owner was not prompt. Response by local contact was better. Woken up by loud construction banging right next door at 7:45 am. Sounded like it was literally in the next unit. The advertising of parking is misleading as the only vehicle that can fit are motorcycles or small cars like a smart call. This should be clear in the listing. TV in bedroom not working and when it was brought up to the owner, no response.

Totul a fost super, apartamentul mare, am avut 2 camere și livingul pentru dormit...cereale spațioase, paturile mari, o baie și o toaletă. În bucătărie al găsit ce ne trebuia pentru a ne gospodării, frigiderul a fost încăpător, terasa super mare. Zona este una aglomerata dar chiar și așa nu se auzea zgomotul de la terasele din jur in apartament. In apropriere al găsit terase, restaurante, baruri, magazine, tot ce am avut nevoie. Apartamentul se afla la 12-15 minute de metrou, intrarea de sud pentru Acropole. Accesul în clădire și apartament s-au făcut ușor, am reușit să găsim loc de parcare pe străduță.

Nu avem nimic de reproșat

The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, in a good and central location, and has an elevator and two toilets. It also offers private parking, though it’s quite difficult to maneuver. The host also enabled us to make an early check-in, which was very convenient.

We stayed at the apartment for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Check-in was confusing - we received the wrong code for the key box and had to call the host for help. Although we were given a door code, there wasn’t a coder on the door, and we had to use the key instead. Despite our reservation clearly being for five people, the sofa bed was not prepared on our arrival. When we contacted the host, he claimed we hadn’t informed him in advance and told us to open the sofa and make the bed ourselves. There was NO WIFI throughout our stay. The host initially said he was checking the issue but didn’t follow up until the next day - an hour before check-out - informing us that there was a communication failure and it had now been resolved. The boiler took over an hour to heat the water, which made showering a challenge, and the beds were very uncomfortable, with old, lumpy spring mattresses.
