Very clean and well appointed villa. Our host Sergio was excellent and very helpful, responding quickly to any requests we had. We were provided with a very nice welcome pack of basic groceries including bread, cheese, milk, water, soft drinks, and even red and white wine. The villa is situated within 5 minutes walk of an excellent supermarket. Meloneras beach with it's restaurants and bars is 12/15 minute walk.
There is a large construction site within 400m of the villa and currently they are digging foundations which makes considerable noise. Also a neighbour across the road has two small dogs that bark incessantly. These two facts spoil what would otherwise be a very peaceful location.

Super Haus, tolle Lage. Sergio hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet, und wenn wir was gebraucht haben, wurde auch sofort erledigt. Der Pool ist einfach Mega. Sehr ruhig. Wir waren 8 Personen, und durch die vielen Badezimmer und Toiletten perfekt für soviel Personen.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau wenn dann einige Tassen und Gläser mehr.

Sehr schöne und top ausgestattete Villa. Für
6 Personen perfekt. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Garten mit Pool einfach ein Traum. Preis / Leistung absolut in Ordnung.
Für 10 Erwachsene nicht zu 100% empfehlenswert, da sich zwei Zimmer im Keller befinden und auch kein Fenster vorhanden ist. Damit
man ins zweite Zimmer im Keller gelangt muss man durch ein weiteres durchgehen. Dies habe ich bei Buchung aus der Beschreibung nicht entnommen.
