Our stay was very nice, Alvaro met us at the exact time arranged to let us in, a bottle of wine and some chocolate was left for us which was a nice touch, he said he would be back with a 2nd set of keys later that day but we never saw him again, we didn’t need the keys so it was fine. We loved the villa, the outside space was great and even though it rained we could still sit out. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there were fans in the bedrooms that didn’t have aircon. The pool is small but we didn’t need anything more, it was cleaned 1 day in the 4 we stayed. There were plenty of towels both for showering and pool use and extra pillows, blankets and there were toiletries in all the bathrooms.
From reading other reviews it looks like the same issues are not being addressed, the gym equipment was not working which disappointed some of our group. We were advised not the use the downstairs toilet or shower which was a bit inconvenient. It is such a nice villa so a little TLC would make it fantastic.

El alojamiento en general estaba muy bien, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa.
Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento. Hemos pasado mucho calor en el interior

It was lovely place, everything you need is there
The floor next to the pool was very slippery, so be aware about the safety and gym equipment wasn’t working unfortunately
