Beautiful setting lovely house wonderful rooms.

A perfect house for hosting with a big family. The house is a beautiful country, family house. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was a lot better than I thought it would be. It was well resourced and the layout is good for big parties including lots of bathrooms. It is a modern house with beautiful bathrooms. The dining room is perfect for dinners together and games nights! Perfect location, 20-30 min drive from two beautiful beaches.

The only thing which could be improved is that the garden backs onto a road, so this could be gated/ fenced off so you don’t have the worry of the road with young children. Equally a garden feature could be added such as a climbing frame from children/ a fire pit for adults. Despite of this, this doesn’t take away from the beautiful and wonderful house! This is just being critical.

It is far more than a cottage. Large house!!! All very spacious. Great baths!! Useful for having shop just around the corner

Shower down by the double bunk bed only work on the single bar setting. Toilet up by the lounge was broken . Jon not working but alternatives were in place

We stayed here for a mini break on the Norfolk coast. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. We were a 20 min drive to Wells, Holkham, Burnham Market, Blakeney and we visited all 3. The host is easily accessible and responds promptly to any questions. We would highly recommend.

Not much to say here - the garden fencing was not finished at the time of our stay and so the garden was not child-friendly but I am sure the host will finish that imminently.
