- Very nice, courteous host - Well-maintained, gated apartment complex - Spacious, tastefully decorated apartment - Large terrace - Located in a vibrant area with lots of shopping options
- The noise from the garage door which opens and closes constantly was very annoying - Noise from the hallway (elevator opposite the entrance door) - Water pressure very low and no sufficiently hot water in the kitchen - Toilet did not flush properly - Some of the equipment/furniture is a bit outworn.

It's near the train station, bus station, shops, and groceries. Cristiano is a great host; he is very attentive if any minor issues arise during the stay. The unit is spacious and there is a lovely garden; it would have been wonderful if it were summer to utilize the garden more. Everything was great!
Regarding previous reviews about the nearby parking garage: for us, who stayed long at the unit, the noise was quite bearable. So I guess, it's not too much of an inconvenience for us not to like it.

Tiene todas las comodidades, cerca del metro y hay de todo tipo de locales en la zona.
Poco caudal de agua caliente en la ducha. El ruido del garaje al abrir la puerta , no es muy denso el tráfico del garaje y te sirve de despertador
