Chic & Comfortable Space Near Downtown LA & USC

its convenient and comfortable for a short stay

the walls are kinda thin , we can hear the people upstairs walking or moving things

The room was very clean, I had my own bathroom, the bed was comfy, so I was satisfied with the accomodation. I recommend it.

El espacio es amplio y su ubicación conecta con mucho transporte público

El colchón es pésimo se sienten los resortes y la base de la cama está rota suena muchísimo con cualquier movimiento al revisarla me percaté que las patas de la cama están rotas y no sostienen bien

loved the customer service. my messages and questions were responded to very promptly!

i know the south los angeles area well so i wasn't surprised by the location. i was traveling alone so i elected to not walk at night. lots of loud music playing from the decrepit homes next to this property. bring your earplugs. this is a community type of place and while you have a private room with a lock, your television, kitchen, couches, etc are not in your room and are, instead, considered part of the community in a large area of your floor of your room. i was on the first floor and the kitchen was filthy. dirty dishes and leftover food left in the sink, spilled liquid on the table, dirty floors, and the couches had food and gunk underneath the cushions. the television remote was also missing so, couldn't watch television even if i wanted to. the garbage can in the kitchen was also overflowing.
