The location of this villa is excellent if you (like our group) value a peaceful and quiet environment. The only issue is wind, which is particularly strong in this part of the town. The house is very well equipped with everything you may possibly need for a vacation. If something is missing or doesn't work, the owner and contact person take care of it ASAP.
We had minor issues, which were promptly resolved.

Very good contact with Paola before and during our stay. Apartment was equipped with absolutely everything what is needed. From main apartment we had a really nice view on the oceanside and mountain with the lighthouse. There is a long promenade and viewpoint in front of the apartment. In 10 min walk promenade you can reach arinaga center with restaurants, shops and Arinaga beach. There is also a small beach on the left from the apartment. For sure we would like to come back to K'Laya Life Beach!.
Nothing to complain. Maybe vacuum cleaner and dishwasher would help to clean apartment during stay but I'm not sure if it's really needed.
