La Marine Boutique Hotel

Fabulously kitted out apartment, right next to the sea. We hired a car to travel so location was halfway from airport to old town. 20 min drive. Having the beach on the door step was lovely. Was quiet almost all of the time with locals using the beach mostly. Would use again should I visit again.

Picking at small things now. But table on patio was just too big to comfortably get past when out on the glass balcony. Especially as I don't like heights.

Location and the cleanliness was perfect.

The view from the balcony is the absolute highlight; it 100% matches the photos. The stunning panorama, the sound of the ocean, and the fresh breeze create an incredible atmosphere. The only thing was that during my stay, there were roadworks on the highway below which were slightly visible, but that was an external factor that didn't take away from the beauty of the ocean itself. I really appreciate that the reality fully lived up to the pictures

The biggest disappointment was a significant discrepancy between the room description and reality. I booked these specific apartments because the Booking.com description explicitly stated there was a private sauna inside the room (listed alongside the washing machine). This was the deciding factor for me, as I wanted the privacy of a sauna after night walks by the ocean. Unfortunately, there was no sauna in the room at all. Furthermore, the hotel manager claimed that there had never been one, even though I showed the clear description on Booking. This is misleading advertising and a complete letdown, as I didn't get the primary facility I paid for
