Sehr nett eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was gebraucht werden könnte (sogar Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und -Brett und Sonnenschirm). Die gläserne Bewehrung am Balkon sorgt für ein angenehmes Raumgefühl, weil sie weder Licht noch Sicht nimmt. Angenehmes Ankommen im Haus, sauber, stilvoll die beiden Laternen im Flur mit brennenden LED-Stumpenkerzen. Die überaus freundliche Eigentümerin wohnt auch im Haus. Parkplätze sind im Bereich von 300m immer wieder zu finden.

Leider werden bei booking.com 60m2 angegeben, sind höchstens 35m2. Für 3 Personen wäre es eng. Austauschhandtücher mussten mehrfach angefordert werden

Het appartement was nieuw en zeer netjes. Alles wat noodzakelijk was, was aanwezig. Niet de mooiste stranden van Gran Canaria, maar wel prima gelegen om Las Palmas en de rest van het eiland te verkennen. Dichtbij, op wandelafstand: zeer goede bakker, supermarktje en een paar restaurants.

Het was er proper en net

Geen vakantiegevoel Te weinig gerief , enkel het minimum, 3 glazen bv Geen eidopjes, geen wijn glazen …. Geen balkon , geen persoonlijk contact en ook geen welkomsmap met wat uitleg (enkel de wifi)

The environment is total non-smoking, which was a great plus. Drinking water tap in the kitchen was very useful. The only disappointment was that the living area is only 29 square meters instead of 60 square meters, as advertised. Otherwise, the experience was mostly positive. The location is close to the airport, a 15-minute taxi ride away, with a metered fare of €16. The building is located between two beaches, a 5-minute walk from a Spar grocery store. The small, modern, and clean apartment is well-equipped, with a balcony. It has a new refrigerator, dual-zone induction hob, washer and dryer, but no dishwasher. Bed linen for our child was provided the next day upon request. Damage deposit 150 Eur has been refunded after 10 days.

The living space is only 29 square meters (a 3x3 bedroom and a 4x4 kitchen-living room) instead of the advertised 60 square meters. Not even a 15% discount was provided due to this. There is no air conditioning and dishwasher. Bed linens for our child were only provided the next day upon request. The noise and odors can be muffled by closing the windows, but then no fresh air can come in. Cleaning service was not provided for two weeks. Just a few restorants and shops in the radius of 1km.
