How clean it was and how helpful the reception staff were

Room sizes, view of the sea, food and style of the hotel

No heated pool, staff not as friendly as my previous stay and having to find someone to order drinks.

Very spacious apartment, with nice balcony and of course great views for most. Breakfast is pretty good.

The restaurant and breakfast room are inside and not so much atmosphere. But staff veey friendly

Overall, good hotel. Big, c;lean appartment with kitchen and all equipment you need. Air condition in the room. Very nice wiew to the ocean! Good location if you have a car.

Rooms would need some refreshment. Balcony door was not closing, toilet door handle was not working properly, so the feeling was that someone will get stuck in there in one moment, ventilator was swinging so much, that it seemed that it will fall down at one moment. We was 2 adults and 1 kid. We got the third towel on third day of our stay.Entertainment program, which was advertised, was quite poor. We went to kids disco, and found out that there is nothing going on, because person who run it has some urgent things to do. A bunch of kids was waiting for a while, then went away. For me this is a poor management, because there was big TV screen, and all what was needed is to put on "Kids disco" in You tube and the problem is mostly solved. One evening there was a BINGO evening. We did not participate, but from our balcony we heard it and it sounded more like funeral ceremony, not like entertainment:). Breakfast was startng from 8 AM. In couple of days it started a bit later and a bunch of people was waiting at the door for it to be opened. Also funny thing for me was that despite we spent more than 1k eur for our 1week stay, you need to pay for everything - safe in the room (20 eur + deposit) towels to go to the pool (10 eur (I am not sure, was it deposit, or payment)), luggage scale use (1 eur):). Every time I went to reception to ask for anything, the answer was "You have to pay......" with cold face :). One day, when we got rest at the pool, everything was closed. It was not possible to buy not any "coctails", but not even coffee or juice for kid... So all this left some bitter felling overall...
