The staff member (Mrs Mangala) was very welcoming and friendly, and we were treated very well throughout our stay. The overall facilities were good, although the water pressure in the bathroom was a little low. Apart from that, everything was great. The environment was peaceful and perfect for a quiet, relaxing and clean stay. We would definitely love to visit again on our next trip to Katharagama.Thanks.
The road structure to reach property was poor built. Pressure level of the water supply in the bathroom.
