pemandangan dari balkoni rumah cantik. pemandangan laut yang cantik dan tenang. rumah yang bersih, ada alatan ringkas untuk masak dan bilik yang selesa. tandas yang bersih dan baru.
1. Tuan rumah perlu baiki paip getah dalam tandas bilik utama kerana telah bocor teruk. 2. perlu menukar kunci pada pintu bilik. 3. perlu bincang dengan pihak pengurusan bangunan mengenai lif, menyukarkan pergerakan pada famili yg membawa kanak2 dan warga emas.
