Rumah cantik, bersih, teratur.
Cuma ada bau lembap sikit bila mula masuk dalam rumah. Lagi satu area depan pintu masuk, balkoni, macam tak sesuai siapa yang ada anak kecil, sebab besi kat balkoni tu macam jarang sangat. Risau anak boleh jatuh ke bawah

Convenient as eateries are just within walking distance.
In the future I wish there will be zebra crossing and road bumper by local authority in the area for safe road crossing instead of having to drive to beach located just across the road. Slight refurbishment in the unit (especially in the bathroom beside the kitchen) would be great too.
