I would like to clarify the issue regarding the cleaner. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not done properly, and I had already informed you about this.
You asked why I did not call you. I believe that, as a house owner, it is important to personally check the property before handing over the key to guests to ensure everything is in proper condition.
I would also like to mention that timely communication is important. I understand that people can be busy at times, but not responding for 11 hours after reading a message makes it difficult to resolve issues promptly. A quicker response would be greatly appreciated in such situations.
