The Host was brilliant, sorted any issues I had out asap and was very welcoming.

Prachtige uitvalsbasis om Dubai voor een citytrip te verkennen. Direct om de hoek van de horeca in de Dubai Marina. Strand op loopafstand, maar taxi is heel betaalbaar (niet altijd sneller) ;)
Appartement is netjes ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien om er met een gezin te verblijven.
Mooi uitzicht.
Bouwwerkzaamheden gingen dag en nacht door. Met de airco aan valt het geluid aardig weg tegen de achtergrond (nacht). Maar het is merkbaar en zichtbaar. Er wordt flink wat vastgoed ontwikkeld in de buurt van de Princess Tower. Niet storend. Wel merkbaar.

The host was amazing and the location incredible. We could walk to the Marina and easily access the areas we wanted to visit. The apartment had everything we could need with a coffee machine and a dishwasher. It was clean with plenty towels provided for our stay.

Очень удобная планировка и есть все для семейного отдыха. Есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина. Хорошие окна и шумоизоляция. Менеджер был всегда всегда на связи и готов помочь по любому вопросу. Обязательно сходите на последний 99 этаж и посмотрите на город!
Достаточно шумно если выйти на балкон из-за стройки рядом. Но в Дубаи сейчас везде так! На проживание это никак не влияет из-за хороших окон и шумоизоляции. Внутри шума нет.
