I liked the space in the room& cleanliness!

Furnitures and electrical equipment were placed unorganized. Our balcony view was meh. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful!

Elegant home, never again!

Unfortunately, not much.

I booked an apartment advertised as 204 square meters, which is not accurate. After a lengthy discussion with the manager of Elegant Home, I decided to stay. The door had holes and wasn't properly framed. The wardrobes had no drawers. To top it all off, water started dripping from the ceiling in the master bedroom. I then moved to the smaller bedroom, where I discovered mold. All I got for these problems were excuses; there was no apology or attempt at compensation. It was an absolute nightmare; I've never experienced such treatment.

Excellent hotel

Excellent property had 3 kids with me they loved it everything was spot on from the rooms to food beach area and pool all top notch. If need anything can just WhatsApp staff and they get it sorted.

Was in safe place.

The place wasn’t 100% clean, tv wasn’t working and took long to be fixed, the fridge and microwave were not working as well. As much as the host was responsive they did not attend to most of the issues raised when we left.

The apartment was clean and well arranged, The whole hotel has a good vibe, more of party hotel yet there’s separate building that’s more suitable for families, highly recommended Our host Ms. Ola she’s amazing and vary kind she made our stay special and lovely🤍🙏

The Five Palm facilities are amazing! pool access, gym access & the penthouse were our favourite

Our shower flooded on the first night because it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a massive chunk of hair in the drain 🤢 it was also quite mouldy. The bathroom sink taps were broken in two of the bathrooms & one of the bathroom sinks was blocked so we couldn’t use it. The room was big & perfect for a group to stay in but definitely out dated compared to the other side of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed the location of the hotel & the facilities but wouldn’t stay in that room again.

Worst stay in 35 yrs of my life in dubai

extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities, especially given the standard and reputation of a 5-star hotel. The hand shower in the bathroom is not functional The toilet seat is broken There is complete water clogging in the bathroom The dustbin is broken The sofa is torn Carpet is stained Most concerning of all, the room is filled with dust and feels unhygienic – which is completely unacceptable and unsafe, especially for a baby (Have pictures and videos of all of the above) This experience is far below the level of comfort and quality I expected when choosing your property.

L'appartement était dans un état inacceptable à notre arrivée : très sale, avec un mobilier abîmé et non entretenu (canapés déchirés, meubles endommagés). Il n'y avait ni machine à café, ni grille-pain, et les ustensiles de cuisine étaient absents. Nous les avons reçus seulement au 8ᵉ jour de notre séjour, tout comme l'accès au gaz, également indisponible pendant les 8 premiers jours. Les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondaient absolument pas à la réalité. Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, il n'y avait pas de terrasse mais un simple balcon donnant sur un mur d’immeuble, avec une vue mer très partielle. Nous avons demandé un ménage, qui n’a jamais été effectué. Lorsque nous avons formulé nos réclamations à l'hôtel, on nous a répondu que ce logement n'était pas géré par eux, mais par "Elegant Home", dont personne n’était présent sur place pour régler nos problèmes. Résultat : nous avons été contraints de manger à l’extérieur matin, midi et soir, ce qui nous a coûté une véritable fortune, en plus du prix déjà très élevé de la réservation. De plus, les vidéos et photos montraient un appartement qui n’était absolument pas celui que nous avons eu. Les portes vitrées étaient très mal isolées, laissant entrer en permanence le bruit de la piscine et de la boîte de nuit de l'hôtel, du matin jusqu’au soir. En résumé : à éviter absolument. Ce séjour a été une très mauvaise expérience, indigne du descriptif présenté en ligne.
