バス、トイレが別々で良かったです。 ベッドも2個並んでいたので家族3人が余裕で寝れました。

バスにイスと洗面器が無いのが奥さんと娘はイマイチと。

We had a great stay here in Japan. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the station, which made getting around very easy. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, local restaurants and a drug store right in front of the station, so it was incredibly convenient to pick up anything we needed on the way to or from the apartment. The host was very easy to communicate with, replying within 10 minutes or less, and was always helpful and accommodating. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place to stay.

The room was a bit smaller than we initially expected, but this was understandable as it had two double beds, which made sleeping very comfortable. Overall, a very comfortable and well-located place to stay.

1.住宿地點非常方便，步行3分鐘即可達東向島站，京成曳舟也在10分鐘步行距離 2.京成曳舟有大型購物商場，東向島出口有中型超市，購物及飲食都非常便利 3.門禁開門方式會採用mail告知開門步驟，十分用心

1.住宿2樓以上要留意，沒有配置電梯，大型行李上下樓要自行搬運，會辛苦一點 2.要到機場或是市中心，都需要到北千住或是京成曳舟換乘，入住的交通動線要先查詢好，避免轉乘失敗

We really like the location of Tsubaki. It takes only 4 minutes to walk to Higashimukojima Station. It is very fast to take the train to Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and some Japanese shops with a good atmosphere nearby. Although the room is not big, it is very clean and warm. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine are all available, which is very convenient for long-term stay.

The room is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. It is a bit tiring if you have a lot of luggage, but the overall accommodation experience is still great!
