とても綺麗でした。ロフトに子供達が大興奮で秘密基地のようで楽しかったようです。部屋数も多くて子供達も好きなところを選んで各自寝れたのが良かったです。 洗濯機も乾燥機も自宅と同じ様に使え、洗剤等もあったので連泊するには助かりました。コンビニや遅くまでやっているスーパーもあり立地も良かったです。電車の音は思ったより気にならなかったので快適に過ごせました。

下の部屋の寝室にもゴミ箱が欲しかったのと、スマホなど充電する物が多かったのでベット脇の台がもう少し大きいと使い勝手が良いかな？と思います。 浴室にもちょっとした台があると着替えやタオルなど置いておけるのでカゴもしくは台があったらもっと使い勝手が良かったと思いました。

the property is clean. we like that there are two bed rooms as well as toilet and bath room on the 1st/ ground floor.

to get exactly in front of the property (no.3 and no.2 and 4 as well) when you use big car/ taxi you have to go around using other road which some driver, including taxi driver confused.

The house is brand new, very modern and clean. It’s very well insulated from the cold and street noise. Everything was working except the dishwasher with a sign saying not to use. There was a folder with English translation for appliance use which was helpful. The bedrooms were spaced out and the teenagers were arguing over who gets the loft bedroom. There is a Capybara Cafe about a 10-15min walk away (photos included). The kids loved it. It is also about a 5 min drive to the Tokyo Tower which a great experience (photo from the tower). The street to access the property is extremely narrow if you have a car and takes a bit of maneuvering to reverse into the driveway. There is paid parking on the corner less than 20 metres away. We were in a Mitsubishi Eclipse and only just fit. It’s on the outskirts of town so not close to shopping and restaurants which is what we wanted so we could just kick back and relax for our last 3 nights in Japan. There is a 711 and Lawson station (similar to 711) close by but there is a bigger Olympic Supermarket on the main road about a 6-7 minute walk away if you need fresh vege and meat. It’s similar to a small IGA.

Roomy, modern, well maintained place with easy to follow instructions for the facilities. We loved the decor and welcome package.

Not super close to popular city attractions however it was a short walk to public transport. No local restaurants however we always ate out before we returned.
