Location is very safe and super close to important facilities, such as convenience stores and the train station. We loved having a free parking space. The neighbourhood is very friendly, calm yet lively. We also had a last-minute extra guest for a week, and it was no issue to add her to our guest list via the host. It was a 6 minute walk to the nearest station, 3 minute walk to SevenEleven and 20 minutes to the Skytree.
We struggled with the manual of the washing machine, but the hosts came by to help us out. The beds were quite hard, but I think their comfort depends from person to person.

It was well appointed - anything I thought I needed was there already. The layout of bedrooms, living space and then more bedrooms was great for our large group.
