It was totally nice but too small for 4 people

お部屋は清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。また、宿泊中に発生したトラブルについても、その後迅速かつ丁寧に対応していただき、誠実さを感じました。最後まで親身にご対応いただきありがとうございました。

宿泊中にいくつか気になる点はありましたが、その後の対応が迅速かつ丁寧だったため、大きな不満にはなりませんでした。今後さらに改善されると、より快適に利用できると思います。

内装や清潔感については文句なしです。 何度か質問メールを送ったのですが、すべて24時間以内に返信をくださり、不安感がなかったです。

施設そのものについてはなんの不安もなく、とても満足です。 唯一のマイナスポイントは立地です。

The property was 8-10 min walk to the closest train station.

On the second day we arrived, the tv fell from the wall. The screen broke and we were unable to watch. I reached out to host who said they’d send someone out and to please leave key inside lockbox. We did. We get back and the tv is up, but it is the broken tv. I reached out again to host and they said they’d have to order a new tv and it would be the following week. So we waited an entire week and we don’t hear back from host. I then contact booking to let them know and they reach out and don’t come to an agreement with host. Host immediately reaches out to me to ask if they can install new tv, and I say no. This was now the day before our departure. We were at this place for 2 weeks. Weak communication from host and obviously they did not make an effort to help replacing the tv.
