Equipped with an elevator and a modest space to comfortably fit a family of 4-5. It’s basically a no frills apartment with a cute grocery store and Family Mart practically right across the street. And a short 4 minute walk to Yashiro station which is one station away from Tokyo Sky Tree.
The back faces an elementary school but we never once heard and children. One of the bedroom windows faces sky tree so you can see it lit up with a new color every night.
Would recommend if you like a quiet family oriented neighborhood. I can count the number of parents riding their cute kid to and from school.

Do not think that the name of the property is managed by some hotel management. It is basically an airbnb-type property advertised through Agoda.
To gain access to the room one has booked, one needs to upload copies of guests' passports to a link provided by the property owner, which is sent through the Agoda messaging platform. Only after uploading the documents will the room number and pass code be provided to me one day before the checkin.
HOWEVER, AGODA HAD MASKED/REMOVED THE LINK FOR "SECURITY REASONS"!!.
Subsequently, many many communications, emails and messages to Agoda and directly to the property owner fail to provide any solution to the missing upload link. There was ZERO response/replies from the property owners to my messages on the Agoda platform and direct email messages to them. Calls to their number reached a Japanese voice message, which I do not understand. This resulted in much anxiety and great uncertainty regarding how to gain access to the room I booked.
On the day of the checkin, at the entrance to the apartment block entrance, one finds a notice providing a QR code to uplink the documents and then the room number and pass code was provided.
While the apartment was generally as advertised, the lack of communication and response from the property owner is definitely not acceptable service level.
I will advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere. Also, Agoda needs to find a solution to their removing links in their messaging platform if there are many such airbnb-type problems that rely on clients uploading passport documents before providing room access information.
As for me, I will no longer book such properties through Agoda.

Inspite of the chaos we’ve gkne thru in checking in a very night, we were assisted properly. I hope the mixed up of guest will not happen anymore.

House is spacious. Fully furnished. Excellent amenities. Near family mart and train station. Great for family. Recommended!
