Es un apartamento moderno y bien equipado. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, a 20 minutos del centro de Dénia.
La comunicación con la empresa fue muy deficiente. Tuvimos que llamar a un número suizo para poder conseguir una documentación necesaria para el día del check-in, ya que no la habíamos recibido. Intentamos contactar con Interhome en varias ocasiones a través de los mensajes de Booking para resolver dudas y solicitar dicha documentación, pero no obtuvimos respuesta hasta el segundo día de nuestra estancia. Una atención al cliente tan lenta genera una preocupación innecesaria, especialmente cuando se trata de información imprescindible para acceder al alojamiento. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado hacía un ruido muy desagradable que no dejaba dormir. El resto de noches tuvimos que apagarlo para poder conciliar el sueño.
