The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower. The bed linen and bath towels are washed, sanitized and ironed in the laundry, as in hotels. We want you to feel at home :)
You can cook your favorite dishes in our fully equipped kitchen. You will not miss anything, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, Thermomix cooking machine, oven, kettle, juicer, espresso machine, glasses, plates, toaster, microwave....
You will also have high-speed internet with free WIFI for those who need to stay connected and smart TV in case you want to watch your favorite series during your holidays.
The dining room is focused for rest. A comfortable armchair where you can take a nap after lunch and watch television and a spacious table where 4 people can eat comfortably. The terrace also has a large table with capacity for 4 people and a relaxation area on one side of the terrace with comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy your favorite drink.
Important: it has centralized air conditioning in all the rooms, you will not feel hot in summer or cold in winter.
It also has a community pool with common grass areas. It has private parking reserved for the property on the ground floor of the building. The closest beach to the apartment is La Marineta Cassiana beach, just 8 minutes away on foot and exactly 600m away you can find the Dénia Marina, which is a sports and tourist port with services for boats and a great atmosphere for lunch, dinner, have a drink or shop in one of the shops that are there.
Dénia is one of the cities in Spain with the most moorings per inhabitant. Its nautical tourism attracts to its shores those who want to sail or row, kayak, paddle surf or jet ski.

As our reviews show, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously. Cleaning is done by a certified professional cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best-known hotels and hospitals in the province.
There is a Consum supermarket and a LIDL just 500m away, several good restaurants with wonderful Mediterranean cuisine and take away food.

Excellent new apartment in a new house, very clean and fully equipped. Situated in a right quiet place. Excellent communication with house owner, which was very friendly and helpful. Good supermarket nearby (MasyMas)
