About this apartment rental
Enjoy a brand new apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big south west orientated terrace. 5 minutes walk to the marina, the city center, two supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, the beach,...
There is a big swimming pool with children area and in summer there is a lifeguard. Gym /playground.
The living room has a large lounge seat, a large Philips television with channels from all European countries. The kitchen is open and equipped with Zanussi microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is high-speed WIFI (500MB). The bedrooms both have double beds (150cm and 160cm), large built-in wardrobes and plenty of clothes hangers. The two bathrooms both have a large walk-in shower. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to night. All the furniture is of exclusive design. The car can be parked in the underground parking garage which is well secured. There is also a communal storage for bikes. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
In accordance with legislation, the period for tourist rentals in the Comunidad Valencia is limited to 10 nights.
Stays of more than 10 nights are considered seasonal rentals according to Legislative Decree 9/2024 of the Comunidad Valencia. A seasonal rental contract will be drawn up.
For stays of more then 3 weeks, electricity will be charged according use for the whole stay.

We absolutely loved the apartment, beautifully appointed , good bedding and towels. Size of balcony was super. Nancy looked after us very well. We are back in September for 3 weeks!
