L'accueil et la réactivité des hôtes. L'emplacement du logement en centre-ville. Le nombre et la qualité des couchages.
Manque de torchon pour la vaisselle. Douche inondée à cause d'une mauvaise installation et joint au milieu de la salle de bain dangereux et défectueux.

Квартира досить велика, в центрі міста. Дуже гарна комунікація з хазяями. Суто за неї + бал до загальної оцінки. Реагують миттєво, надсилають відразу всі необхідні інструкції для комфортного заселення. Можна лишати машину попри дорогу поруч, або на платній стоянці за 2-3 хвилини.
Мало посуду (нас було 5 людей). В ванній кімнаті присутня цвіль. Душова протікає, потрібен невеликий ремонт. Диван в першій кімнаті дуже незручний для спання, рекомендую додати матрац на нього, і почистити диван, бо прям відчувається запах пилюки. Загалом чистота хромає. Якщо хочете просто переночувати - може бути, якщо шукаєте якийсь "шик", то точно не сюди.
