- amplasarea centrala -marimea apartamentului - terasa cu masa si scaune este de mare efect - pretul bun
- ar trebui alocata o mai mare atentie curateniei - o baie nu are dus/ cada. Poate fi un inconvenient pentru doua familii.

Curatenia impecabila; totul a aratat ca nou la sosire. Check-in ultra-rapid: persoana care ne-a predat cheia ne-a asteptat la intrare, iar comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost scurta si la obiect. Locatie excelenta: la ~10 min de mers alert (sau 15 min plimbare lejera) pana in centrul Iasului - super comod, mai ales seara cand voiam sa iesim in oras. Spatiu generos, perfect pentru un grup: living aerisit, dormitoare confortabile, terasa super incapatoare.
Nu am gasit minusuri - am stat putin timp in apartament (in principiu pentru somn), iar tot ce ne-a trebuit a functionat fara probleme. Nici nu am simtit lipsa unor servicii extra.

Great location, amazing location view, very quite and spacious
Decor was tired, parts of bath didn’t work, was not very clean, needs a real shower, would benefit from a tumble dryer, would be nice if host leaves water bottle , and dishwasher tablets.
