Very clean and confy

Location was close to the event I was attending

They called me in advance to announce that there are people at the location who will be attending a wedding and there might be agitation on the hallway, but assured me there was no event taking place at the location. One of the days there were multiple people on the hallway, in front of my door (which was by the entrance), with a microphone, loud speakers, balloons on the stairs, blasting loud music. It was impossible to stay in the room, I had to leave. This is completely different than I was informed of, 'some agitation in the hallway'. The host will say I agreed to noise, which is not true. Also their response was that they didn't know what kind of event they wanted to do - which is their responsibility to find out, or that it will only last 2-3 hours, so basically I should just suck it up. Besides this, my 'private bathroom' was out in the hallway, I had to exit my room, lock it, unlock the bathroom, and if I took a shower, I would have had to exit in a towel or robe in between all the dressed up attendees, in the hallway by the entrance, which was cold. I was not informed of the bathroom being outside of the room. The floor of the hallway and my room was tile, so cold. They did not proactively provide shoes for walking to and from the shower, they provided towels that could not cover you while you were supposed to walk through the hallway from the shower. Upon request of a bigger towel, they did provide a robe, which was a great idea and I was appreciative, however I saw the robe, which they said was new, had some yellow stains on it, which is not what you want to see. The bathroom was tiny, had a weird smell and not well maintained (toilet had stains, shower mount absent, difficult to operate). Plus more small cleansiness things. Overall this room set-up was not a 280 lei/night set-up, even without the party at my door. In our discutions about this, the host offered to return the amount for the last night, to be fair, and I agreed.
