The arrival experience was smooth, and a representative met us after we parked and showed us to the property. I also appreciated the staff’s kindness and flexibility in allowing us to check in earlier.
The room itself was attractive, and both the towels and bed linen were clean.
However, after I had made the payment, I was asked to cancel my reservation on Booking.com. This should have been clearly communicated before the stay or, at the latest, before payment. Using Booking.com and keeping my reservation registered through the platform was important to me.
Parking is limited and sometimes you need to call the contact person to have other cars moved before you can leave.
Unfortunately, the floor in the floor had not been cleaned properly, as the disposable slippers provided became visibly dirty very quickly.
