160M2 Modern 2-bedrooms apartment with fantastic views

The house with the apartment is located at the beginning of Palm Jumeirah, is beautifully equipped, and has a large balcony with a wonderful view. The location is perfect. There are two supermarkets across the street. Just around the corner is a Dubai metro station, which provides easy access to many attractions. The Marina Walk, with countless restaurants, is only a few minutes' walk away and there is also a beach just a few minutes' walk away, which is ideal for swimming.

We had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the modern décor, spacious layout and high-quality refurbishment made the place feel like a true home away from home. The apartment was spotless, offered abundant storage and came fully equipped with everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is exceptional. The generous balcony provides a striking 180-degree view stretching from Bluewaters and Ain Dubai across Dubai Harbour to the Palm Jumeirah. The sunset behind Ain Dubai was particularly memorable. Although we didn’t use the swimming pool or the nearby tram stop, both looked very convenient for future visits. A special mention goes to our host, Zouheir, whose availability ensured our stay was smooth and unforgettable, even if check-in was a little tricky with the building's management team. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Dubai and recommend this apartment to anyone seeking comfort, convenience and impressive views.

In terms of minor areas for improvement, the pillows were a bit low in quality and could ideally be replaced. The check-in process, which involved exchanging e-mails with building management, might benefit from being a little more streamlined. We also couldn’t get the television working, although this was likely user error on our part — and with the terrace views, we hardly felt the need for it anyway. When friends visited with their car, we realised that a simple one-page visitor guide outlining facilities such as parking, the pool, gym access and other practical details would be very helpful. These were all small points, and as Zouheir was available via WhatsApp, we could have asked, but none of them felt significant enough to trouble him about. Overall, we would happily stay at this property again.

Incredible view, spacious layout, clean furniture, easy parking and great communication. The apartment could easily accommodate 4 people and their luggage.

Tout était parfait : l’emplacement est idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions de Dubaï, et la vue depuis le logement est tout simplement à couper le souffle. L’appartement est moderne, confortable, vaste et très bien équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Zouheir, notre hôte, a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prêt à nous aider et à s’assurer que notre séjour soit inoubliable.
