We enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and clean. Check in was so great and the host accommodated our late check in. The cleaning service daily was a nice touch and Ntombi our cleaning lady was so helpful.

The iron was malfunctioning (too hot). We reported it and the host replaced it within an hour later. We really appreciated that.

Dropping the standard

The place was dirty, facilities not working properly like the washing machine, tumble dryer , taps were loose toilet seat was loose , When someone opens the tap it makes a loud noise, keys were missing for the balcony doors and security gates . Was very unpleasant this time around. The microwave works sometimes and sometimes doesn't work. Aircons dont work, gas fire place not working, absolutely horrible stay The owner needs to maintain these things . Definitely not upto standard and worth it this time around The last time was much better thats why we rebooked here but this time was a horrible stay. Also very dirty and dusty
