Good vibe

The place is situated near most of the things we wanted to do. Having the place to ourselves was nice. The house had everything we needed to make us comfortable. Thanks for allowing us earlier into the house it was much appreciated 🙏

The house was not very clean . They did not change our towels and bedding. Having to sleep on white dirty sheets is unacceptable. The host and the cleaner are very humble n sweet.

Großzügige Villa in guter Lage - Renovierung wünschenswert

Die Kommunikation mit dem in Haus wohnenden Gastgeber/Host war total problemlos. Man bucht nicht die ganze Villa, sondern Erd- und Obergeschoss. Das Penthouse wird noch einmal separat vermietet. Das Haus ist vor allem eins: Sehr großzügig. Für Familien und Reisegruppen super geeignet, da jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat.

Leider gab es kurz vor unserer Ankunft einen Wasserschaden aber wohl auch geplante Reparaturen im Haus, von denen wir nichts wussten. Leider hat das die Privatsphäre schon deutlich beeinträchtigt. Die Haustür stand tagsüber komplett offen und die Handwerker sind ein- und ausgegangen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die im Obergeschoss gelegenen Schlafzimmer abzuschließen, sodass all unser Reisegepäck zugänglich für jedermann war. Wir haben uns dann in die Zimmer zurückgezogen, in denen keine Reparaturen stattgefunden haben. Handwerker und Gastgeber vor Ort haben sich zwar pausenlos entschuldigt, aber eine gefühlte Einschränkung war es schon. Die geplanten Reparaturen hätte man zumindest in einen Zeitraum legen können, in denen keine Gäste im Haus sind. Insgesamt ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht wieder etwas Liebe, um in der Gegenwart anzukommen. Leider waren die Bettlaken größtenteils fleckig.

Perfekt. Traumhaft. Bestens

Dan war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Er wohnt nebenan. Damit ist der Service perfekt. Die Wäsche konnten wir abgeben und am nächsten Tag haben wir sie zurück bekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann alle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Husar Grill sind wir gefahren. Hinter uns die 12 Apostel und vor uns das Meer.
