Amazing location 1 BD flat on St Katharine's Docks

El departamento es chico para 4 personas pero es un lujo. Todo impecable y de primera. La zona y la vista desde el ingreso (da a los muelles con yates y bares y toda la ciudad de frente) como desde el balcón (da al barrio y a un pequeño parque) son inmejorables. Pegados a la Torre de Londres y al Tower Bridge. A no más de 10 minutos a pie de la estación Tower Hill. 2 Supermercados a la vuelta. Es muy recomendable.

Insisto, lo único que se puede encontrar como contra es que para 4 adultos con valijas resulta un poco chico. Pero lo vale.

The location was great, nice and quiet. We've stayed nearby on a previous trip. It's within walking distance of the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. The host was super responsive to any questions. It's a cute little apartment.

I would not recommend for 4 adult sized humans, we were travelling with our tween and teen and trying to get passed them sleeping on the pulled out sofa was a challenge. On the second night one was on the sofa and the other on the ground because it was too squished with the sofa pulled out. I also wouldn't recommend washing anything because there is no dryer and typically that would be fine (we're Aussies) but it rained non stop while we were there and ended up needing to fly home with wet items in our suitcase (we'd tried to dry everything over a 24 hour period). If it had just been my husband and I (and we didn't attempt washing) it would have been perfect!

I picked the flat for its location; St Katherine's Dock is very nice with lots of options for eating out and it's a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and central London (it's also walking distance to my son's place!). It is well priced, London can be very expensive. The host (Sarah) was excellent, she made sure we knew how to find the flat and made sure we knew to contact her if we had any questions or if we needed anything (which we didn't).

Nothing really, it was a short stay and we spent a lot of time outside of the flat. We didn't cook but the kitchen is well equipped if you decide to have a night in (though eating out options are aplenty!).

Host was so helpful when their was a tube strike on the day of our arrival. Checked up on us and made sure we got in ok.

In th main bedroom, the ceiling fan needed a dust. No big deal.
