I loved the cleanliness, comfort and the feeling of home, as well as the good connection with the city center. Jesús was very pleasant and welcoming, so everything went smoothly. Also, a big plus is the washing mashing, hair dryer, and iron; we found it useful for the hot days in Madrid.
A little bit of noise from the neighbours outside in the early mornings, other than that, all went well.

Good location ( a bit far from the center but a good transportation) trains, buses are very close to apartment
The sound of water draining behind the walls is a bit loud( it wasn’t a problem for us) just for information

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé, proche des commerces.
Des travaux en journée dans les appartements avoisinants, pas beaucoup insonorisé… on entend la douche du dessus ou l’eau qui goutte ..,
