Velvet Revive Munnar

I appreciate the staff of Velvet Revive ....the reception team the service team, and the driver all were very good ...very polite, and we had a good experience at Velvet Revive .the staff are really good and disciplined.the food was so delicious...awesome experience .we would definitely recommend this to everyone who would like to plan their trip.The resort was very clean...breakfast and dinner was yummylicious.The location is very peaceful

Just a bit far from most of the activities.

I loved it! If you are looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is for you. Surrounded by nature with a really nice view. Beds are super comfortable and the stuff was really friendly and helpful. It’s a 30-40min tuktuk ride from Munnar town so a bit outside but for me it was perfect cause it was so quiet. There also building a pool right now so if you come later you also have a really nice pool area :))

- Breakfast was good - dinner is organised from a restaurant nearby, i.e. good choice and tasty - Rooms are ok and clean - view from balcony is nice

- It is somewhere in the nowhere on a very (!) steep slope - without own transport not recommended (even if one goes to the street there are no tuk-tuks which could be stopped) - far away from Munnar's sights - there is a temple just opposite which makes sleeping difficult at 05:30am - Only the receptionist (who is not there permanently) does understand some English, the other staff have even problems to understand if one wants a tea... - not knowledgeable when it comes to booking tours etc. - only Indian standard can be organised
