Great location and comfortable unit

L’appartement est vraiment charmant et bien équipé. Le quartier est très symphatique, aussi. La connexion en bus pour aller en ville et à la gare est excéllente.

Les fenêtres dans le salon sont mal isolées, et il n’y a pas de rideaux opaques. Comme il y a une rue assez fréquentée juste devant la maison et un lampadaire accroché au mur extérieur du salon, la /les personnes qui dorment sur le canapé lit dans le salon passent des très mauvaises nuits. La cuisine est un peu maigre en vaisselle (les appareils électroménagers et le chauffage sont excéllents, parcontre). La plomberie de la salle de bain doivent être très vieux, ça pue en peu.

Fantastic location with restaurants and specialty shops close by. Very comfy beds and a well equipped apartment. Quiet and a short walk into the historic centre and river.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos – maybe even better in person! It’s comfortable, well-equipped, and provides everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and anything you might need within walking distance. We spent many hours out exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it! If I return to Bordeaux, I would likely book it again. For improvement, I’d like to mention something about the light: the bedroom has thick curtains that block out the daylight, while in the rest of the apartment light comes in abundantly because the curtains are very light. Some people might find this a bit bothersome.

The only downside was the additional €250 security deposit, which seemed unnecessary since the payment had already been completed. Communication was quite slow at first (about two days to get a response), but once we arrived, Marie was available and we spoke immediately.
