Està ubicat en un lloc privilegiat i l'entorn és admirable. Proper a la platja, un poble preciós, molt acollidor. A la casa li faltarien algunes coses per fer l'estada més còmode.
Faltaria algun sistema de refrigeració ja que feia molta calor a la casa i també algun detall més per a la comoditat general, com un sofà més còmode. El patí és preciós però podria estar una mica més cuidat i s'hauria de posar llum per poder-ho aprofitar els vespres. Seria d'agrair que s'avises que hi ha moltes escales per accedir a la casa però que es pot accedir pel patí, sobretot el primer dia amb les maletes.

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, le jardin, l'appartement typiquement banyulenc et l'authenticité du lieu.
A part quelques bricoles comme pas de lumière extérieur, pas de tire-bouchon, une chaise cassée et la porte de l'entrée commune très difficile à ouvrir (la clef ou la serrure ne fonctionne pas très bien....). tout est très bien.

The appartement is very well located, in a charming street. Bakeries, restaurants and all necessities are available close by and the beach is 5 minutes walk
the cleanliness of the apartment when we arrive was really poor. The dishes were of questionable cleanliness and the under the furniture the ground had not been cleaned in a while
