The location was amazing - so close to everything! So spacious! Having 5 adults and a baby (I’m sure you can imagine all the things we had to bring for that) but still everyone felt comfortable.

We like the location easy to get everywhere
There were dirty towels left behind the bathroom door, the lint in the tumble dryer was overflowing, the washing machine drawer was caked with old soap powder had to clean before using. There needs to a be a full length mirror put into one of the bedrooms. There needs be a draught excluder put on the bottom of the front door to stop the noise of the wind coming through.

Location.
Apart was perfect size. We had a 2brm apartment.
The fact it's listed as 'luxury' but didn't have a microwave or a shelf in the shower for shampoo etc. also the pillows need up dating, so flat. We were lucky to take extras off second bed but if that wasn't an option we would have struggled.
Also, listed as 250 Spencer St, however that just where you collect keys. It's a short walk to Lonsdale Street for the apartment.

Great location, close to public transport and convenient to get around the city.
Key pickup was close by
Small but perfect-for-use kitchen
Sofa bed much smaller than described
Door didn't lock without key
Rooms small than appeared on add
Bedding appeared dirty
Actual apartment difficult to find (just needs to be explained better when collecting the key)
