Close to 41 (Tamiami Trail), only one mile to Midnight Pass Rd on (south) Siesta Key, 3 min drive, in 5 min you are on Crescent Beach, or 10 minutes you are on Siesta Key Beach near The Village. All in a well maintained, very green and lush, 55+ community, with friendly neighbors. $3,500 per month during high season, so mid Dec through mid April, then $3,000 the rest of the year (negotiable).
