We enjoy the Gulf gate area with proximity to restaurants and the Legacy Trail. The house is nicely equipped with linens and kitchen items. The open layout is spacious, well furnished/decorated. The lanai is a nice place to enjoy cofee in the morning and hangout in the afternoon. We have stayed here for 3 years and will return for a fourth.

We enjoyed our second stay at this property. It is a charming, bright 2 BR home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy the proximity to Siesta Key, the Legacy Trail and several Gulf Gate restaurants. We have already reserved for 2024.

My wife and I have been taking periodic trips around the state of Florida to experience the different areas. This property is located within the Gulf Gate estates neighborhood in South Sarasota. It is a clean, quiet spacious community located close to the coastal beaches and plenty of your shopping favorites. The house was just the right size and provided everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it for any traveler needing a change to relax in comfort.
