Located on the border of Battery Point and Sandy Bay, this gorgeous circa 1890s cottage has been transformed into a cosy, contemporary & welcoming 3 bedroom home which is centrally located within minutes walk to the CBD. It is a fully equipped, self contained and private home. A wood fire for the chilly winters, a 5 minute walk to the famous Salamanca Markets and 5 further to the CBD. With endless eateries at your fingertips!
