Berwick Cottage

It was a home away from home, so central to beautiful restaurant, cafes, beautiful walks, and the Salamanca markets. It was warm and was equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen pantry was even equipped with common items that we didn’t beee to buy, so handy.

Honestly there really isn’t anything to complain about. We loved our stay so much and would stay here again. The TV wasn’t working properly but we didn’t have time to watch it anyhow as we were site seeing.

Great location

It was close to great food and in beautiful Battery point. Had some good heating and comfortable beds.

Could have had a coffee pod machine. The shower had mould in it. The exhaust fan was very dirty. Some of the remotes for the air conditioners didn’t work. A combustion stove or fire would also be nice.

the location was excellent, a lovely spot to explore such a wealth of history.

We reported light globes that were missing, but nothing weas done about it. The armchair in the lounge room was so grubby looking that we didn't dare sit in it. The sheets on one of the beds had blood spots on it - tiny spots but nevertheless completely unacceptable. the shower base had mould on it. there was no clothes dryer that I could see; the washing machine had a spin cycle but I had read that the property had a tumble dryer. We couldn't open the back door. the kitchen was very well equipped, with a lot of crockery and glasses, but the frypans didn't look clean.
