Super clean, fantastic location, very helpful and communicative hosts

Parking a bit challenging and beds a bit uncomfortable

Superb quiet location within walking distance of the city, Salamanca markets and dining options - well equipped kitchen and large lounge to relax on after a day of walking

Only a king single bed in the second bedroom when listed as having 2X double beds - as two friends (not a couple) this was disappointing - also no drawers or cupboard in second room so unable to unpack suitcases

The host and cleaning staff were easy to talk to and discuss my needs (although allergy items were not removed entirely, as requested). The property had everything we needed, was clean, easy to move around and suited our needs perfectly. The location is sensational.

I think placemats and coasters would be a great addition. We really didn't feel comfortable with no blind on the back doors. Even though there is a hedge in the yard, people can still see if they enter the backyard or look over the adjoining fence, so we found this unsettling. Plus, all the heat from the heater in that room goes out the window/door glass so we were pretty cold on some nights. The bed was a little soft for our liking but it wasn't too bad.
