Sub Penthouse Luxe suit, CBD, secure parking,

We spent seven weeks traveling all over New Zealand and Australia, and this was the nicest place we stayed on our entire trip. We could live here! The kitchen, furnishings, beds, and bathrooms were all very nice. This is an upscale place, and it is furnished and maintained accordingly. The host was very nice. We loved it!

There is not a thing we didn't like.

Very good location, walking distance to the marina and all the fun stuff to explore in Hobart. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Secure parking.

The property is located not too far from royal hospital Hobart that occasionally has helicopters flying in, there were a couple of instances that it did so late at night which woke us up.

Place was clean

That we were unable to use the facilities like pool or gym , if we were told we couldnt use the gym or pool we would not have booked this property . Runners on the freezer were broken. Ran out of hot water too quickly . We asked that the two singles be put together and in the same room the blinds were broken and couldn’t darken room. The couch bed to be made up and none of this was done . They said they didn’t have sheets to fit if they put the beds together , yet other room had a large bed so could have used the same sheets for that. Had to waste time looking for linen for the couch. I think it would have been better to inform people of what they can and can’t use when renting.
