About this house rental

Large spacious 9 bedroom property with three reception rooms and large kitchen. The kitchen is complete with 3 metre bi-folds onto a patio area. The residence is right opposite the beautiful War Memorial Park, located very close to many motorway networks and a 10 minute walk to Coventry train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space was perfect for a relaxing trip, and we truly enjoyed our time here. It's an ideal spot for a staycation with friends and family.Special thanks to our host, Rory, who was always available, quick to respond, and extremely friendly throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway.

We plan a family get together in various locations each year, and for 2025 ended up with this property, we were met with an eclectic mix of old house and new kitchen. Two large gardens front and back that are ideal for groups with lots of outdoor seating. Garden games are a nice bonus. Most rooms only have single beds. No TV although not needed on this occasion.
