Welcome to our cozy corner in Aying!
Beautifully situated between Munich and the Alps in an Upper Bavarian village, our apartment is located in the basement of a newly renovated country house with a total of three apartments.
The house was completely renovated and energy-efficiently modernized in 2023.
We’ve ensured high-quality furnishings with solid wood furniture and paid close attention to every detail.
The Rooms
Our “Kuschelecke” apartment is located in the basement and has its own entrance. You enter the living room through a small hallway. The handmade bed (160/200) made of solid spruce wood is separated from the living area by a wooden wall. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Through another door, you’ll reach the spacious bathroom with a large shower.

The Upper Bavarian village of Aying is located about 25 km southeast of Munich. Its idyllic setting, surrounded by rolling hills, meadows, and forests, makes Aying a popular destination for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.
Aying is an ideal starting point both for sightseeing in Munich and for excursions into the Bavarian Alps. In addition, Aying is surrounded by numerous biking and hiking trails and offers good connections to the public transit network toward Munich (Line S7).
