Praktische und saubere Einrichtung Gute Lage für Exkursionen zu den oberbayerischen Seen.

Sehr saubere moderne gepflegte Wohnung mit Grd.ausstattung wie Kaffefilter zum selbstaufbrühen und 3Kaffeepads für Padmaschine und andere Küchenutensilien wie Pfanne Töpfe,Messbecher.. Grosser Tisch mit bequemen Ausziesofa,sauber schimmelfreies Bad.Bequemws Doppebett was bezogen war. Besonders Hilfreich war der Zettel mit Tips für Bäckerei Kuhn(sehr empfehlenswer)und Pizzeria die Lecker war,auch wenn er sich sein Trinkgeld selbst genommen hat.. Die Wohnung liegt 5min von Holzkirchen Zentrum entfernt von wo aus man alles gut erreichen kann
Leider nicht gleich gut zu finden da es bei Google Maps noch nicht aufgenommen ist und als 2.Reihe Häuser nicht gleich von der Hauptstraße als Haus 10B erkannt wird.

Der Check-in ist unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist groß und gemütlich. Sie hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und man ist in 5 Minuten am Feld und auch schnell im Wald.
Die Matratzen sind beide sehr stark durchgelegen. Man fällt in richtige Kuhlen und das verursacht schlechten Schlaf.
