No parties or events of any type are allowed. Maximum guest capacity is 14. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
No smoking of any kind inside the home, only smoking outdoors is permitted. Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee.
Noise: The neighborhood offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding by the lake. To maintain the tranquility, we observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., ensuring all guests and residents can fully enjoy the serene surroundings. Any loud noise during this time is a violation and may be reported.
WAIVER: Guests may be held liable for any damages. Hosts reserve the right to remove guests from the property, without refund, in the event of excessive overnight guests, parties, noise, or illegal activity. Guests waive the hosts of any and all liabilities for injury, illness or other significant events while staying at the property.

Property was amazing. No issues at all. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The Blackstone grill worked perfectly. We stayed at the property for our daughter’s graduation from James Madison University and had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again during ski season or for a football game.

Beautiful home! Awesome view! Plenty of games for younger kids. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. We will keep this property on our “favorites”!!
