This designer-decorated Home is the epitome of a "Luxurious Mountain Lodge"–conveniently located within Massanutten Resort and offers beautiful views of Massanutten Peak in the winter. View the stunning resort from the numerous decks on the front of the house. Conveniently located in the heart of the resort with community pool access in the summer (pass & addtl fee is required.)

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

Massanutten has numerous activities for your stay. The resort offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, etc. There is also an indoor water park that is sure to provide great memories. Wonderful restaurants and theaters are available within a 15-minute drive. Check out our website for more information! As a benefit to booking one of our properties, I am a licensed REALTOR in the area and I am happy to provide with the latest market information on vacation homes available at Massanutten and even provide you with a complimentary tour of the resort. There is a $35/night pet fee PER pet which we will request separately. There is also a three night minimum for all weekends unless otherwise specified. If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.

The house/property is in a terrific location. We were a family of 11. Lots to do in the resort and Shenandoah National Park. Plenty of restaurants. groceries nearby. Saw deer almost every day! The patio/deck area is so enjoyable and quite unique. The kids really loved the game room, the big theater room and watching the tadpoles and frogs in the pond too. The kitchen and family area are so beautiful and spacious with those fab high windows! There is plenty of cabinet/kitchen space but really could use some more serving bowls/dishes and a pancake grill. The master bedroom and bath were very comfy and lovely. The other bedrooms were also great but be aware one outside bedroom on deck has VERY small shower and no closet...but had a hanging rack. Some faucets need repair as well as the kitchen garbage drawer not staying closed. Bring own hairdryer as the only one there is old and quite dirty and wouldn't clean up. The driveway is very TIGHT and steep. We had 4 cars, and it was a challenge getting in and out every day, but we managed. Go slowly, use your mirrors! All in all, a wonderful home for our family get-together in the mountains.

Me and 9 members of my family stayed comfortable, the parking was very tight for 4 vehicles, we had a few issues but they were taken care of the same day or by the next day. We did have to do a little cleaning when we got there as well, but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the movie theater and all the activities in the resort

The house was beautiful - We spent a lot of time on the decks and enjoyed the theatre and hot tub as well. The property owner quickly responded to all inquiries. The local restaurants were good and it was easy to get to Shenandoah National Park. We would definitely rent this home again.

My siblings and cousins stayed for a long weekend. The house has tons of rooms and bathrooms for a party of 22. The kitchen with two stoves worked perfectly. Would definitely consider staying here again.
