I stayed for a week while tending to my dad in the hospital, and the house was perfect for my stay. It was really cute and well remodeled - very clean, with all the amenities you might need if you forgot a toothbrush or toothpaste, laundry, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. I worked remotely for two days of my stay and the internet completely held up to my need. I had one question about the security system when I arrived late Saturday night; Jaime was quick to respond and take care of things. Homes in the neighborhood are in varying state of being maintained, but there were families with dogs and strollers making use of the field and park across the street - felt completely safe. Backyard/outdoor room space is lovely, although I didn't get to utilize it. This house is an excellent option for visiting family or friends on the west side of Greenville.

Very convenient to downtown Greenville.The beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area was ok but the house location felt safe. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. We were allowed to check in early since house had been cleaned. Great getaway weekend!

Unit was as advertised, well appointed, and clean. Nice seating area outside and room for 2 cars in driveway. Area is up and coming but still a little shabby, quiet at night. Short ride to DT GVL.

It was close to downtown, but the area was just outside and up and coming part of town. Lots of older homes close to new construction.
